The hotel room is spacious and very clean. The surroundings is quiet and it's about 10 minutes walk to metro to Line 10|14. There are a lot of food shops just along the highway and a supermarket too. I really liked my stay here and i had a wonderful time in Beijing.

这次入住体验简直让人无法忍受。首先，床品污渍问题严重，如图所示，多处标记的污渍让人难以入睡。空气净化器看似从未清理过，灰尘满满，让人如何呼吸？
更令人震惊的是，枕头背面竟然有血渍和毛发，这是何等的不卫生！不禁让人质疑，服务员打扫完毕后，是否真的有人来检查房间卫生？
再说浴室，地上竟然没有防滑垫，安全隐患极大。墙壁上的按键背景音乐形同虚设，无法使用。淋浴器更是让人抓狂，固定不住，只能手持花洒洗澡，太不方便了！
总之，这次住宿体验让人失望至极，😡👎🙅♂️。希望酒店能重视这些问题，改进服务质量，以免影响其他住客的体验。

家人来看病一直在这住，续订无意点成无窗的房间，住了半个月了，协调可否原房续住，前台直接告知不补差价不可以，您就收拾行李退房吧。咱不差几十块钱，但你这服务态度太让人恶心，求我给你好评的时候什么嘴脸来着？现在就两天续住选错房型了一点不能协调直接告诉收拾行李下来。我住不起你这大店！祝早日关门大吉！骗我给完好评就翻脸不认人！
