Muy buen hotel!!!

Muy buen hotel, càlido, buen ambiente, buena atención y a un paso del centro de Talcahuano. En cuanto a la comida, el valor incluye desayuno, en el cual ofrecen todos los días una alternativa diferente. También cuenta con servicio de almuerzo y cena.

I do not recommend it

When you arrive you find a building full of bars, it gives you the impression of being in a prison, I don't want to imagine if you have to escape in an emergency.
The bad room, without wifi and the cell phone signal is bad, the walls with mold, dead mosquitoes on the floor, in the bathroom the shower window does not close and is always open, the bathroom is very bad, industrial toilet paper in a dispenser .
Regular breakfast, instant coffee in a sachet, bad there, poor quality juice.
The cleaning is bad, they do the cleaning in the afternoons, the floor, being ceramic, is wet after cleaning and slippery.
There is no parking for all vehicles, the first day I had to get up at 6 am to move my vehicle so others could get out, really terrible!

Hotel Mar del Sur. Cadena Hotelera Islazul. Cuba

Mala elaboración de la comida. Desayuno,almuerzo y comida con falta de calidad. Mucha cerveza dispensada y ni un refresco para los pequeños . Agua siempre caliente, todo se enfría con hielo. Las paredes de las habitaciones con manchas negras. Pienso sea moho. Me voy muy disgustada de mi estancia en este hotel. Su abastecimiento pésimo. Ni un helado para los niños. Postres echos con mala calidad también. Los pasillos que conectan los bloques de las habitaciones en algunos casos nula de alumbrado, otros sin luz eléctrica . Esta este centro para cerrar. Dinero botado. Mi nieta wue ne acompaña me dijo primera vez que quiere irse de un hotel pues la comida está asquerosa. De verdad es preocupante no está para ser un hotel de todo incluido. Está para cerrar y nadie vela por la calidad. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.

Quand je suis arrivé, il n'on pas trouvé ma réservation l’hôtel était complet

Mauvaise service de réservation mais tout a bien fini par s'arranger.
Hotel propre, ce sont des travailleurs qui fréquentent cet hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité prix.
Le personnel à fini par trouver une solution. Attention donc à demander un accusé de réception de la réservation par Internet.
