Family holidays
The Hotel Santa Cruz is an excellent place to rest and disconnect from the routine. It has very good facilities, and stands out for the concern of its staff every detail to make this holiday a memorable time to share with the family. The restaurant service is very complete and with a very varied menu. 100% recommended

Great experience!
The restaurant had great food and excellent service, especially Elena Jimenez, who took care of our large group with grace and ease. We ordered typical Chilean pastel de Choclo, planteada, osobuco, and more! Beautiful old colonial architecture and an unhurried environment made for a fantastic lunch with friends between visits to local wineries.

Weekend experience
Excellent services in all the apartments of the hotel ! We really enjoyed our visit over there, only thing to improve the prices because the are to expensive, places around the Hotel are amazing, museum , vineyards and so on! So I really invite people to go !

A perfect welcome to Chile.
This was an excellent welcome to Chile. It was our first time to South America and we are so happy we chose Hotel Santa Cruz as our first stop. It is a lovely hotel in every way. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful and vast. The museum is a must see. The food is delicious. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and very tasty. The staff is attentive and professional. They took care of parking and retrieving our rental car. We didn't visit the spa or the winery, but we did enjoy the other amenities very much. It's a great choice that you won't regret.

Excellent Hotel. You can tell that excellence is its north
Very good Hotel, you notice the concern to maintain the seal of quality and excellence. All facilities running. Lots of worried staff that everything works well. All dependencies work. Decorated 100% with noble materials. It is quiet and safe
