I did the pre check in as encouraged by numerous emails and texts but was still asked for ID when i arrived. What was the point of taking a picture of my ID and sending it if I only had to show it again when i got there. A bit of a waste if time in my opinion.

Went downhill fast

I can't believe how bad it is now! I have stayed here a number of times over the last 5 years. I love the location! This time, however, I noticed how dingy, rundown, and downright dirty my room is. First thing I noticed was they used a general cleaner (or a dirty rag) to clean the mirror and the TV. Both are cloudy and hazy looking now. And when the TV is on, you can still see all the smears. The bathroom is pretty gross. There was a poop spot in the toilet bowl to greet me when I opened the lid. Everything in the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. I didn't want to tell the front desk, they would just offer another room. This wasn't just one small issue though. The whole place hasn't been properly cleaned. Another room would likely have the same issue. I couldn't leave the hotel and go somewhere else because of my financial situation at the moment. The front desk lady when I checked in (Sam) was amazing. She was so nice and friendly. We were chatting like we had known each other for ages. I feel she is always that person, just a kind soul. Despite how nice she was, we won't be back.

Charged 400$ extra. Brought up bed bugs, cleaner stole my change , manager threatened me and asked me to leave early for complaining. He lied and said I was rude to staff and they weren’t able to clean my room
I called public health and they had infractions on their free breakfast, which was never inspected since COVID. It’s now public record

The staff was rude. I booked two weeks and got zero housekeeping, I asked for disposable cups and got spoken to really snotty desk person mon-Friday. They dud not clean my room or make my bed once and I got attitude because they don’t really have wifi and she could care less I have a disability and couldn’t figure out the “desktop” login while repeatedly chastising me telling me nobody ever has a problem with the wifi. She was a terrible person , made to feel like I’m a burden or unwanted at her hotel . Then she put an additional three hundred dollar insurance fee to my account for zero reason . It feels like they don’t want me here . I didn’t do anything. Rude.

Not what other Days Inn hotels are like. This one needs some maintenance and sprucing up. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is quiet. Hairdryer wall mount had come off the wall and the holes are stuffed with toilet paper. Dirty full length mirror. Grease stains on the shower handle. Location is good.
