This was a great find! Wonderful boutique hotel with large spacious rooms and nice amenities ! Location very central and reasonable rates. We will be back.

This hotel is branded as a 4 star buts more of the 3 or 2 star hotel. There is no room service, they could not accommodate parking or the sheets are too rough not of high quality.

Everything was great, but your downtown near St Laurent so a bit noisy on the street.

Great hotel in walking distance to Montreal's main attraction.
Spacious and clean rooms. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast buffet is available. There is also a nice little coffee shop attached to the hotel.

We arrived in Montreal during icy rain during rush hour, and we couldn’t see a valet sign or unloading area. So we had to make a few laps around downtown before we finally called the front desk twice to figure it out. There was only one luggage trolley, and the front stairs made loading difficult. Then, once on our floor, there were 3 steps down to the row of rooms we were in, so we had to unload the trolley and cart everything to our room. We have been on a month long trip with a dog, so our belongings were a bit unorganized. We had hoped to be able to get a drink or bite to eat at the hotel, but no one was at the bar whenever we went. For a pet-friendly hotel, our room was small, too small to comfortably walk around the kennel. Most of the staff and younger valet were friendly. We simply would not choose to stay there again.
