Very clean. Newly renovated, nicely I may add. Stayed here while working. Great value. Already booked another 2 weeks

Come back after work shift and told no water but be on in a few hours. Never came back on that night. Told be back on by 4 next day. Didn’t come on til 10 that night. Bed side light didn’t work. Light switch when you walk in didn’t work. Asked them to fix at least one light. Solution, to have a light on I have to get down and climb u see desk to plug light in and out, just to have a functioning light. Room so hot you can’t sleep, had to buy a fan to put in window to blow in cool air

This is the best place i could stay in GP with a clean updated appliances but affordable price.I can put this as excellent stay but what i don't want is somebody is so noisy at the middle of the night some visitors that I think drunk.Yelling/shouting running the stairs that they think nobody is sleeping.Hope this get address.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of CAD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests with a Grande Prairie postal code cannot be accommodated at this property. This property is under a Renovation Construction, Due to the on-going renovation, our office hour is now Monday to Friday 8 am to 8 pm. However, we do have staff onsite to assist our in-house guests and reservations. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5 EUR per pet, per night applies (but at least a minimum fee of 35 Euro per stay). Please note: Due to final construction work inside and outside the residence until the end of May 2024, some rooms may not have usable air conditioning and/or a balcony. The gardens are expected to be completed by the end of May.
