Amazing holiday

We went for 11 nights on the 1st of may, not everything was open but the hotel opened the slides for us on a few of the days. There was plenty to do and the animation team was amazing at getting people involved with the activities. The room was amazing, there were plenty of food options as I am a fussy eater and normally struggle to find things to eat. I would definitely return in the future.

Thieves are everywhere

Everything could be considered as perfect stay except one incident that ruined our vacation in this hotel. Last night of vacation we found that my son's watch disappeared. We tried to find it, swimming pool, beach area, room, everything was checked, reception informed and what we found in the application of GARMIN ? That our watch is located in the another room, on another floor. So someone stole it, but hotel refused to support us to get our property. We were not able to call the police due to fact that it was early morning just before our transfer to the airport. The case was registered in GARMIN service support, we also made a report for Polish Police but obviously this hotel avoids their responsibility for such situation. So be aware, thieves in this hotel are unpunished. Additionally, more cases with stolen wallets, shoes, tablets were observed last August. So if you want to be sure that your possessions are safe, chose another hotel to stay.

We would like again to express our regret for the lost watch, but also to make it clear that there was no robbery or planned theft.
Additionally, based on our correspondence, it appears that your story has changed over time.
The hotel helped you from the start in your search for the watch after you informed us that you had left it one afternoon unattended at the pool.
We also cannot understand why the attempt to track the watch was made at 5 a.m. on the day of your departure, but we supported you anyway. Furthermore, the hotel cannot accuse guests of a potential crime and call the police without your presence.
As we already informed you, unlike the police or the court, the hotel is not a legal entity and does not have the power to charge or search guests' rooms.
We also want to disassociate ourselves from your unfounded allegation that pairs of shoes, wallets, or tablets have been stolen and would like to request that you not make such untrue statements out of resentment.
Once more, we are sorry that you lost the watch, but as a hotel, we have exhausted all our options and done everything we can to support you.

Not a 5 star!!!

The positives;
The meat in the restaurant was amazing the beefsteak and lamb were the most tender and tasty I've ever had!
The sausages, potatoes and pretzel bread in the Biergarten were delicious.
The room was a great size and very clean.
The white wine on tap was very nice.
The negatives...
85% of the staff were miserable and rude. I had learnt to say "please" and "thankyou" in Bulgarian and was always pleasant and smiley to the staff but the vast majority never cracked a smile all week..
The cocktails bore no resemblance to cocktails as I know them! On our first day we asked for a Pina Colada at the pool bar and were given what appeared to be orange cordial with a bit of rum in it... When I looked at the bartender he said "I know its supposed to be white but..." and just shrugged his shoulders!!! Every other cocktail was unrecognisable so in the end we just stuck to the wine!
The beach.... On the first day we went down to the beach and sat on the left hand part which was lovely -like a little cove. The next day, we went there again and, after 5 minutes, two men (who had been sat there the previous day also,) came over and ppinted at our wristbands and said we weren't allowed there as it was a a paid zone. Why hadn't they told us that the day before?? They had been sat right next to us, watching us. We then got told that our beach was the middle part which was vile! Piles of seaweed and hordes of sand flies. If you went for a paddle, the seaweed wrapped round your legs. By the end of the week we had observed and it seemed as if they were moving all pf the seaweed off the 2 paying zones (for Nessebar Mare and bay) and dumped it all on the supposedly 5* Palace's section of beach!
No kettle in the room but there was supposed to be a coffee machine on each floor but there wasn't on ours (first floor) Also no drinks in mini bar.

Regarding the mini-bar, we kindly ask our guests to prefer to our detailed hotel description, we offer a mini fridge to cool your own drinks and food, baby food, or medicines, but no mini-bar (only available on request for a fee, extra service).

All expectations met and much more. Great facility, good hosts!

Great facility, lots of variety, something for every taste, i.e. pools, direct sea access, entertainment, shows, sports, clean rooms. Our highlight was the Bulgarian cuisine, with lots of fruits, yogurts, vegetables, salads etc. We will see you again next year!

not the full all inc experience as hotel was closing down,however you expect what you pay for

each day the hotel removed more and more facilitys,closed bars,took all sunbeds off beach as it was last week,however when you pay for all inc facilities you expect to have all what the hotel offers,rude sullen staff except for bar man valantino he was the only entertainment from 1st till 3rd october,never again would i go to sol nessebar palace
