Not worth what it costs

Strange room
Noisy air conditioning
1 double bed and 3 single beds and they were still noisy
Shower doesn't get very hot
There was no bottle of water to buy, we only got 1.
Not worth the cost
There is no parking or valet!

The air conditioner cannot be adjusted to a moderate extent. It blowed either strongly or not working. Hotel staff is very friendly.

Terrible Attitude

We booked two rooms and had the documentation to prove it. On arrival they said we had only booked one and had no other rooms available. These things happen but what really made this a terrible experience was the 'your problem' attitude from the receptionist. Genuinely shocking bad experience. Eventually two single room suddenly became available and from the there the experience just got worse. Tiny, dingy and bathrooms that would be too small for a hobbit. The breakfast was bad and tiny too. AVOID

The male receptionist when i arrived was rude with a 'your problem' attitude when they had only recieved a booking for 1 room from Expedia when I had booked 2 (and had the documentation to prove it)
These things happen but what really disgusted me was his attitude. There was no effort to resolve the issue and after initially being told there was only one double room available, after i insisted it wasn't suitable, suddently two more singles rooms appeared.
Apart from this, the rooms where tiny and very basic. It was poor even for a 2 star establishment.

A small and affordable hotel in a good location, close of Parque Ibirapuera and Avenida Paulista. Feels more like a hostel in terms of standard.
