Pizzaria Sponta - Dentro do Hotel
I was attracted by a message in the elevator about a promotion of the Esponta restaurant: “By buying a pizza and a drink, you’d win another drink.” However, I did not notice the asterisk stating that the free drink should be equal to the drink purchased with the pizza.
I went to the restaurant believing in the promotion. I ordered a Coca-Cola and an Eisenbahn beer, thinking one of them would come as a courtesy. When I asked the waiter about the promotion, he confirmed that I could order Coca and beer, without clarifying that the condition of the drink being the same.
At the time of payment, I was surprised by the charge for the two drinks. I asked and, only then, the employee of the box explained the promotion restriction. I was frustrated with the lack of guidance and clear communication.
I acknowledge that I did not read the details of the promotion carefully and paid for the two drinks, but I believe it would be up to the restaurant staff to clarify at the time of ordering, especially when I asked about the promotion.
The experience was disappointing. I felt delayed or lack of preparation in the care, which completely compromised my desire to return. I will continue to visit the hotel, but I prefer to avoid eating at the restaurant so I don't have this kind of boredom again. An experience that would be cool, was frustrating!!!

Attention and cordiality
One of the things I liked the most was the location of the hotel. Situated on a street with no exit, at the bottom of which lies the sea, the view is simply amazing!
Clean and decorated room on the IBIS standard, breakfast with regional options.
Facility of access to Uber.

Salvador on a walk!
And it has positive points!
The room is great, with a comfortable bed and the air is cold!
But the bathroom is bad.
Breakfast is well varied and the snack bar works 24hs.
The service is great, with a special compliment to Erika who at the reception gave us many tips on what to do and where to eat!
