Excellent
Exceptional hotel in excellent location. Immaculate breakfast, perfect service and room with a stunning view! Without reservation, the best hotel with the best service I have ever stayed in Brazil. I recommend it to everyone!!!

Disappointment in Floripa
I chose the hotel for online recommendations and rating. However, it leaves me a somewhat bitter taste and the feeling that it is overrated. The service is not 5 stars, why? For the following:
1. Toilet room poor, and despite being asked to clean well no one goes until the night
2. They take out my breakfast plate while I'm still eating. I found it last of vulgar
3. Today on the roof where the pool is I request hot water for my mate and he tells me not to just downstairs. Instead of sending to order, he tells me nothing and I have to go down to the lobby (14 floors) q fetch hot water
4. Today I ask if an attention is possible given the delay of my flight with a late check out and of course they give me an “attention” of 735 reais to leave at 18:00
I don’t know if the turn is the attention of people and the sale of experiences, because if they continue like this they are clearly not recommended.
The only good thing: Everton, a 10/10

Great Option in Florianópolis
Great hotel to stay in Florianópolis. Very high standard of service, excellent food for both breakfast and lunch/dinner at the restaurant, not to mention Sunday brunch! Nice environment and perfect atmosphere!

Sensational
The hotel facilities are wonderful, the breakfast is super complete, there is food for all kinds of tastes. The staff are super friendly. The street is quite quiet, excellent location, no noise .I will love everything, I will return there for sure.
