Had everything to earn a good score

It had everything to earn a good note: good bed, regular bathroom, delicious breakfast, good location, very good internet. But for God's sake, extremely noisy! I've slept nothing, you have no respect for the law of silence. Nobody deserves it!

YOU CANNOT COME IN FOR COFFEE 10 MINUTES BEFORE TIME, NEVER GO ON THERE AGAIN

I WENT TO CANARVAL TO BRASILIA, STAYED AT THE HOTEL, GOOD COFFEE, GOOD SERVICE AT THE RECEPTION. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS ABOUT THE RECEPTION AT BREAKFAST. TOURS IN BRASILIA TO GO TO GOIÁS LEAVE EARLY, 6.15, 6.30 MORNING. I TALKED TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO GET COFFEE BEFORE, AS I WAS GOING TO THE VAN, HE SAID OKAY, ONE OF THE KITCHEN PEOPLE DIDN'T LIKE IT AND WENT TO COMPLAIN TO HIM, WHO LEFT THE DOOR OPEN THAT THE COFFEE IS ONLY AT 6 AM. I DON'T SEE ANYTHING 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME, I HAVE STAYED IN OTHER HOTELS IN VARIOUS CITIES IN BRAZIL AND I HAVE NEVER FELT LIKE THIS ABOUT ENTERING BREAKFAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE TIME, IF IT WAS 1 HOUR EARLIER BUT IT WAS ONLY 10 MINUTES BEFORE. THERE WAS ONE DAY I ARRIVED IN THE KITCHEN AT 5.50 IN THE MORNING TO HAVE COFFEE AND SAID GOOD MORNING, THE PERSON WAS PREPARING THE COFFEE IN ADDITION TO NOT SAYING GOOD MORNING, THEY LOOKED AT ME AS IF THEY WANTED TO HIT ME, ANGRY FOR BEING THERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE TIME, THEN YOU GO ON INSTAGRAM TO POST PHOTOS WITH CHAMIDERS SMILING ON WOMEN'S DAY, I WENT THERE AND COMMENTED ON THEIR INSTAGRAM, THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND. MORE HERE EVERYONE CAN SEE. I WILL NEVER STAND MY FEET IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN, OF WHICH THERE IS NO LACK OF HOTEL IN BRASILIA, AND I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN TO GO TO THE WATERFALLS OF GOIAS, PIRENOPOLIS AND OTHER PLACES I HAVE NOT BEEN TO. BRASILIA HAS BEAUTIFUL PLACES TO GO. AND YOU STAY IN A HOTEL WHICH CANNOT ENTER BREAKFAST 10 MINUTES BEFORE TIME, THE PERSON WHO IS THERE LOOKS AT YOU WITH ANGER LOOKS AND DOESN'T EVEN SAY GOOD MORNING, THEY FEEL BAD NEGATIVE ENERGY. GOD FREE ME FROM GOING BACK ON MY FEET THERE. I FELT BAD THAT DAY. AT COFFEE TIME, BECAUSE I ENTERED IN 10 MINUTES EARLIER, I HAVE ALREADY STAYED IN OTHER PLACES AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS, THEY ALWAYS RELEASE, BECAUSE AGENCIES TAKE UP EARLY FOR FURTHER TOURS, AFTER THIS ATTITUDE I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE. IN OTHER HOTELS, THE HOTELS OR KITCHEN PEOPLE SMILE AND GOOD MORNING, IN FACT WE ARE THE ONE WHO PAY THEIR SALARY, SPENDING THEM THERE. AFTER THIS. I WON'T COME BACK. I WANT TO HAVE COFFEE BEFORE TIME, FORGET TO TAKE IT THERE. BECAUSE THE CHECKLIST DOESN'T LIKE IT AND THE DOOR IS LOCKED. AND WHOEVER COMES IN, SHE FIGHTS WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, TELLS THEM BYE TO NEVER STAND IN THIS HOTEL IN BRASILIA AGAIN.
