Staff on reception and in the bar were really friendly and professional. The room was huge, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great.

Very noisy room as the hotel is facing the motorway. Yet, there is an issue with windows isolation, impossible to sleep the night. I am also used to high noise so be aware of this big issue.
Breakfast is very good quality and bed confortable by the way.

Perfect hotel to explore Antwerp. 6 minute walk to tram station that takes you straight into Antwerp. We had our dog with us and hotel made us feel so welcome as she was allowed everywhere with us. Bar and restaurant was lovely and food was very nice. Pool and sauna were good. Parking was busy but we got a space and it was free.

It’s okay. As you expect from a van der Bali hotel. WiFi was not working though in the room 800.
