Great breakfast

Last night I arrived the hotel so it’s been my first experience to visit this restaurant.
Very good breakfast at the 6th floor restaurant. I am having an American styled omelet and toast now.

Fars Hotel is amazing

Fars hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Firstly, the staff was so kind, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me and my friends acclimate to being in Bangladesh. They seemed truly happy to serve us and assist us. The girls at the front desk were always giving me good ideas of fun things that I could do in Dhaka. And then they would write the directions to those places in Bengali, so that I could show it to a driver to take . It was a very useful tool . I also managed to build a very good rapport with many of the staff members. Especially: Mr. Amol Dias. Fatima Maruf. Naim. Tanu. Apan Saha. Siam. Roy. Amin Polash. There were more employees that I think went above and beyond to help us, but these are the ones that I can remember the most.
-Also, the breakfast buffet was amazing. And the lunch buffet (additional cost), was good too. I also liked that the hotel has a pool, a bar, two restaurants, a massage parlor and an open sky lounge. These amenities made staying in the hotel very cozy and fun. If I ever returned to Dhaka, I will stay at Fars hotel again.
-I also really appreciate it how the security guards would always approach the rickshaws when a guest returned to the hotel. They would help with communications between the guest and the rickshaw driver and then they would escort the guests back inside safely. I found that to be very flattering. :)

Good

The quality of breakfast has declined compared to before. Also, the drinks bar should have room service available until late at night for in-house guests. The quality of the pillow was not good, and it was not clean. Everything else was alright.

Professional

I stayed as part of our office program from MetLife. Hotel staffs are really friendly and the rooms were well-maintained. They were helpful and all the necessary amenities were present. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Also, they supports with guest relevant requests to make your stay better.

Perfect Service and delicious food.

This is amazing experience here. All staff is very helpful and always ready to support.
Senior Captain Mr. Amol, I can't thank him enough for his hospitality. He is gem here along with his team.
