A lovely stay in Salzburg

This was a beautiful hotel in a perfect location for Mirabel gardens and the meeting point for Panorama Tours. Our room was spacious, clean with a huge bathtub. We arrived mid morning to leave our bags and were delighted that our room was ready and we could check in. Julia in reception was very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful with lots of choice. Sema is a joy! She could not have been more helpful and I do not know how she remembers everyone’s coffee orders! A fabulous stay. Thank you

Lovely hotel in excellent location!

We have just returned from a fabulous 2 night break at Hotel am Mirabellplatz! This lovely hotel with traditional Austrian charm was perfect for exploring the city. Situated just across the road from the Mirabell Gardens, you are within walking distance of all the main sites. Room was very spacious and clean and the staff very welcoming and helpful! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Good location for a Salzburg city break

The hotel was in a prime location within walking distance of the Old Town of Salzburg and the Mirabell Gardens (Sound of Music fans will know!). The room was very spacious and clean with a coffee machine with pods replenished each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an additional €22 per person per day (cannot comment on it as we didn’t try). Would highly recommend staying here should you visit Salzburg and apparently while filming the movie this is the hotel where the children stayed!

Hotel inesquecível.

Central hotel with parking 50 yards away.
We were wonderfully welcomed by the reception staff. Large room, spacious, very equipped bathroom.
Breakfast was one of the best we had on our world trips.
Quality, variety, service... all EXCELLENT.
It's worth choosing this hotel, wonderful.

Fantastic hotel

We stayed here at the end of November 2024 primarily to visit the Christmas Markets. The hotel is very conveniently placed in order to visit all local markets and central tourist attractions.
The staff were very welcoming, extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the local area and attractions/tours etc. They also spoke a range of languages fluently (a big plus.) We booked tickets for the Sound of Music bus tour from here, was an excellent morning; a bit pricey but really worth doing if you’re a fan of the film!
The room was spotless, bed really comfortable and shower lovely and hot.
We could work out how to switch on the tv (our issue not theirs) they it addressed this immediately after mentioning at the front desk.
The breakfast staff are amazing and so attentive. All was delicious; a huge range of choices from cooked items to yogurt and fruit.Omelettes are cooked to order
and were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble!
All in all a fantastic stay and would happily return.
