A truly excellent hotel for families of all ages.
Visited as a mature solo traveller, joining a family group who made full use of the excellent creche facilities. I found plenty of space when I needed to be away from the sounds of joyous children but it was lovely to see so many happy family groups. Within a day I knew I would be coming back with my own Grandchildren, even before they are old enough to ski, along with their parents. The creche/ kindi facilities appeared very much what youngsters want, whilst we adults enjoyed our skiing and socialising. Every staff member appeared charming and helpful under the leadership of the Bliem family. I did not use the pool but it looked more than fine. Ski locker facilities were excellent (with the delight of boot heaters - such bliss in the morning!) and give access to the bus stops within fifty metres or so. The local Hauser Kaibling slopes are within five minutes and Planai (in Schladming) within fifteen by bus - so, all very easy to get to, even with ankle biters in tow.
I class this hotel as a little gem of a find and I shall be visiting it again with my family group.

Top family hotel in the heart of Haus
Warm recommendation for the Bliems family hotel – a perfect stay for the whole family!
We had the great pleasure of spending two wonderful nights at the Bliems family hotel, and are completely delighted! From the first minute we felt welcome and well looked after.
Special praise goes to the loving kids club team! Our little daughter was welcomed and looked after so warmly that she felt comfortable from the first moment. The carers:internals took care of the children with incredible commitment and empathy, so that we as parents could enjoy the morning relaxed as a couple – a true luxury! It is a nice feeling to know that your child is in the best hands.
Even away from the children's club, the hotel offers everything families need for a perfect break: beautiful rooms, a cozy atmosphere, great large garden with its own petting zoo, great playground which makes the children's hearts beat faster. Rich breakfast buffet for young and old!
In the evening there is delicious food and a friendly, courteous team that reads the wishes from your eyes. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back!

Great family hotel
It was a great time with you again, the food was perfect as always. The children still rave about the nice childcare and of course about the Donki! The activities offered by the hotel are great. See you next time!

K1 (5 YEARS): "The holiday was great and the hot love tasted so good. The funniest thing I found was that we were allowed to help capture the sheep. Can we go there again soon?"
K2 (3 YEARS): "I want to come back here on holiday first thing tomorrow and feed the animals. Then I want to get an egg from the chickens again and eat it at breakfast."
A few wonderful days of vacation are behind us and we can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience. Particularly striking was the friendliness of the Bliem family and the entire staff. We felt very welcome. The hotel and the garden alone would have been sufficient for our children in possibilities. But also the region offers an incredible number of attractions, which we will surely discover even further on a new holiday.

Traumurlaub .... immer wieder
Wir verbringen hier seit vielen Jahren unseren Ski- und Sommerurlaub mit den Kindern und Enkelkindern - und jedes Mal ist es einfach nur perfekt. Das Hotel ist top gepflegt und blitzsauber, das Essen hervorragend und die Atmosphäre unblaublich herzlich. Die Chefs, sowie das ganze Personal sind ausgesprochen freundliche und zuvorkommend - hier bleiben wirklich keine Wünsche offen!
Besonders schätzen wir die familienfreudliche Ausstattung, die tolle Kinderbetreuung und das rundum durchdachte Angebot für Groß und Klein. Es ist einfach der ideale Ort für einen entspannten und sorglosen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie.
