Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Spanish Lace Motor Inn does not accept payments with American Express or Diners Club credit cards. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Spanish Lace Motor Inn in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. We have 3 designated smoking areas. The garden area, the BBQ area, and the deck along the back of the motel. We ask that you make use of these areas so everyone has a pleasant stay. All rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided and we ask that smokers take care to use them. Penalties will be charged to guests who smoke in rooms. A Payment Processing Fee of 1.11% including GST to all Master Card and Visa Card Transactions and 1.11% on all Debit Card Transactions. This Payment Processing Fee reflects the Merchant Service Fee costs associated with accepting major cards. Spanish Lace Motor Inn engages an independent 3rd party to provide this service and does not profiteer from any Payment Processing Fees received. Please keep in mind that there is a maximum occupancy of 2 dogs/cats for the animal-friendly rooms. Please note that none of our rooms are suitable for wheelchair users.
