Positives- Hotel is in a great position for walking to restaurants and bars and is close to the stadium.
Apartment was spacious and bed was comfortable. Option of a pillow menu if desired.
Negatives- We had booked a 1 bedroom with balcony as per the pictures on the booking site and when at check in I confirmed the roommate told that was not what we had been allocated but we could pay an additional nightly fee to upgrade. Secure car parking is also not included in the rate and is an additional daily fee. So overall an additional $50 on top. After querying reception advised they would give us complimentary car parking and just charge the additional nightly room fee. We were happy with that,until, advertised in the elevator it states free on site parking (where available). At no time were either car park areas at even half capacity. On top of that when I received the tax invoice after check out I found they had afterall charged for 1 day parking and only comped 1.
The air conditions automatically stops when balcony door is opened and could not change the temperature setting
The over bath shower is very high to step in to and if you had mobility issues you would not be able to step in

Nice hotel. Recommended.
Only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the complimentary parking was already full. Instead of informing me I can park my car for free on the road behind the hotel I first got offered to purchase a paid parking spot for 25dollars a night.
Why not be honest about it? "you can either park your car for free on the road or you can purchase a protected parking spot".
Additionaly I don't think the upselling is ideal: "would you want to upgrade your room".
Everyone who checked in was asked the same question. Everyone checked in late in the evening and booked only one night.

I got to my room and discovered they had put me in an accessible room, I had not booked this nor did I want an accessible room. I went back to reception and requested another room. They said they were fully booked and there were no other rooms. I told them I was not happy with this room and requested they move. After some time they moved me to a different room.

All good except for power going off. The hotel did not let us know, I had to ring to find issue. Great facilities, staff were friendly and bed was fantastic.

Only thing Grand, is the price. The bare bones minimum room. No microwave, bowls, plates, cutlery, coffee cup, spare pillows, blankets, toaster. Exhaust fan not operating and the AC wouldn't heat and sounds like your in a wind tunnel.
Booked for 2 nights, didn't bother staying another night, left first thing in the morning.
Would have to be the last place in town before I stayed again.
