Avoid at all costs
AVOID AT ALL COSTS would give ZERO stars
Manager John (Irish angry old man) absolutely disgusting person who puts down a female customer in loud angry manner asking for a fair refund of one night (even though I paid for two upfront at a cost of $580!!!! Rip off!! ) so was accepting to lose one night refund, because the actual room was nothing at all like the photos. I did not stay for either nights and he refused to give me a refund.
He was extremely rude and raising his voice in front of other guests which was not necessary. Should not be working in this industry and I’m sure Karma will get him one day.
The outlook from balcony is looking at a big Komatsu earthmover and could easily hear the neighbours TV inside and outside through the walls. When I mentioned this, he said “well it’s a motel what do you expect” … however actually on google it’s called “outrigger resort” so maybe you should change your advertising.
Room was dirty , the couch sunken in and walls awful as well as the appliances

This property was perfectly fine. There was massive construction that was just beginning and would start at 7am. I went through my full booking with only one set of towels and I feel like this might have been a mistake but when you’re out all day, and the front desk closes at 5, it’s hard to ask for fresh linens and when you call the help line, you’re told this isn’t an emergency and to wait till they open at 10am (true). The hotel was older and so there were things about it that didn’t make sense or weren’t overly clean looking however the beds were comfy enough and clean. This definitely was not resort quality more so motel quality but I did enjoy my stay and it was close to the beach.

NEVER AGAIN! It's advertised as a hotel on your website. On their own website it's advertised as a motel. It's actually a residential building flat with permanent people living in the apartments. There is a massive noisy construction site at the back of the hotel which your balcony overlooks. The lift was broken so my daughter and I had to drag two very heavy suitcases up to the second floor. A shocking place to stay. The only positive is the location but there are plenty other decent apartments in the area. For what we paid it was an absolute rip off! The room smelt like wet dog.

Please note that there is construction happening on The Esplanade and there could be some construction noise.
