Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please be aware that The Jack Backpackers is a licensed venue. Live entertainment can be heard in the beer garden from 6pm until 2am, mainly on weekends. Please also note that The Jack Backpackers is a international Youth Hostel and guests are required to show an International passport and Credit card on arrival for all dorm style rooms booked. Private rooms are available for non internationals guests with Valid IDs. All Dorms are exclusively available for International guests. Please note that there is a surcharge of minimum 1.40% when paying with Eftpos. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
