It’s very friendly staff and they look after all customers specially very good manager and they sort out quickly any problems 🌹🌹🌹

The standard was ok. The sauna didnt work and we got the wrong rooms in the beginning, after talking we got the right one.
The breakfast wasnt good at all.

Im disappointed with hotels.com for even recommending this hotel.
The room was dirty and old, the tv had 2 russian channels. The toilet didnt stop running, when we complained the staff said to let him know every time we flush so he could manually go to the back of it and push the stopper. Eventually I just did this myself.
Half the bed was broken so the mattress kept falling to the ground on the bottom left, the walls were paper thin so a group of girls next door kept us up. Worst off, we are both digital nomads and the internet just stopped working.
We actually left a day earlier, I will never use hotels.com I thought there was a bit of a barrier to entry for these types of hotels, i trusted this website. This place was commically bad
