非常滿意的客人
多麼令人驚喜! !簽入工作人員太棒了! !我們有雷吉,他非常愉快和高效。 。 。不到十分鐘即可在我們的房間登記入住。房間很寬敞。房間不像我住過的其他房子那樣現代,但絕對不可怕。我最喜歡的功能是安靜!我愛我從未聽見另一位客人。
我們沒有留下任何問題。如果我想指出一個缺陷,那就是我們的房間裡沒有足夠的咖啡,但是通過下樓就可以輕鬆解決。沒什麼大不了的,實際上對我們來說更好(咖啡在樓下很熱,隨時準備,仍然“免費”)。
如果您需要很高的維護費用,並且期望擁有Ritz Carlton類型的住宿,那就不是這樣,但是如果您想要舒適,放鬆和愉悅的住宿,那就太好了! !我們強烈建議您,將來肯定會留在這裡。

有些維護問題可以很快解決,而且維護人員非常出色!
房間的質量不是很好,沙發非常不舒服。很乾淨但是有磨損的跡象。
不會很快返回夏洛特,但如果我們願意的話,會考慮使用其他萬豪酒店財產。

糟糕的貼心服務
於8:30到達。坐在酒吧喝一杯,點晚餐。在一個凳子少於10個的酒吧里,當我終於引起他的注意時,調酒師無視我20分鐘,我要求啤酒和菜單。菜單從來沒有來過。我去找了一個。然後我又坐了十分鐘,沒有註意
