We felt tremendously thrilled to know that you enjoyed your overall experience at the hotel. However, we do really apologize for the inconvenience you had with the malfunctioning of the handheld shower unit.
We always thrive to provide the best service we can. Our maintenance team is checking the shower system in all the rooms at a regular basis. But, incidents can happen.
As we are committed to act on our guest’s feedback, we would appreciate if you could help us by pointing out the exact nature of the malfunctioning and the room number.

房間廁所比較不好的是沒有抽風設備，不知道是我們這間這樣還是其他間也一樣有這問題。
