A 4 star hotel
After a family meeting in the Laurentians region, we decided to spend the night at this 100% Quebec hotel.
Built in 2021, this 4-star urban hotel is renowned for its concrete architecture, which gives it superior soundproofing. The 6-storey building offers 125 rooms and suites, all with air conditioning. In addition, several categories are available: Grand Comfort 2 Queen Beds, King Bed, Suite and Prestige King. Features of this hotel are: Hypoallergenic carpet or vinyl floor, HDTV 50 or 55 inch Premium programming, LED lighting, individual air conditioning-heating control and high-end floor-to-ceiling windowing.
In addition, the hotel has a heated indoor pool and a gym: 7-10 p.m. The property has 4 meeting rooms on the top floor with beautiful views of the surrounding shops. Finally, on the ground floor in addition to the reception, we find a large common lounge with fireplace and giant screen, a small outdoor terrace and the lunch room.
The hotel is located near Highway 15, Blainville Smart Centres (Walmart, SAQ, banks and some restaurants) and Mirabel Premium Outlets Montreal is located 3 km away. There are more than 80 shops and dining options.
Our room: Grand Comfort 2 Queen, quality bedding and pillows, hypoallergenic carpet, HDTV, large desk, chair, armchair, coffee maker, small refrigerator, large luggage rack and a bathroom with a large counter and glass shower, outdoor parking and breakfast included. Continental breakfast is self-serve: variety of fruits, juices, cereals, several kinds of breads and croissants, boiled eggs, cheeses, creton and coffee
The +: 24/7 reception, we can cancel before 8:00 a.m. the same day of the reservation free of charge. Continental breakfast is included if we book the room on their website. Outdoor parking is included but costs $17.00 more for indoor parking.

Checked at the desk to see if could check in early, 4 to 8 pm not possible for me $300 for 9pm to 8am room. Didn't even
Not even in my room yet. Didn't even check to see if i could check in early,just a big no for early check-in. 4 to 8 not possible for me. A $300 stay from 9pm to 8am.
Complete waste of money. Waiting lobby since 1:30 with response from both employees, didn't take my name and say i will keep you updated.

Bad client service and attitude
Employee at the front desk are arrogant and frustated, not able to say anything or ask a question they don’t care. They only want our money, they still sauing they are not responsible for anything. we are a young ringuette team and they refuse that we bring our stick in our room.

The 6th floor is a banquet hall and the owner was having a party. My room was just underneath all the noise. Zero insulation between floors! I could even hear their toilet flushing. The event was over by 11pm but the noisy cleanup continued until 1am. I was offered another room but I was dressed and packed and I just wanted to go home. 4 stars and they dont even have a dining room! 300$ Per night plus 500$ deposit and I didnt even get 2 hours sleep!

First time booking at this hotel for special guests. Request cleaning every day and they always forget and only dump garbage and nothing else. Breakfast is very limited and not worth it. Rooms are good, lobby is beautiful, gym is small and very limited, pool is great but if you looking for service forget about it. This hotel has room for a full service bar and some form of dinning but it does not have that.Clients should not be begging to clean their rooms based on price they charged! Wont put guests there any more.
