We traveled from Cleveland and got caught in a Lake Effect Weather Event 4 hours from our destination. We checked in to ride out the storm. The property was clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy and breakfast the next morning was hot on a snowy morning.

Door key did not work all weekend. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was average at best with Sunday being acceptance. Very disappointed overall considering my past experiences with Hampton.

Staff was rude. They were shocked when I had a question.
I did not know rooms were cleaned every other day. This is ridiculous.
Desk left unattended. Checking out at 7:00 am took 30 minutes. There was a sign saying staff away for few minutes. Ridiculous.
