To ensure your comfort, fans are provided in each apartment, and our accommodations are meticulously designed to create a serene and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. Smoking Policy • Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors at The Central City. Noncompliance with this policy will result in a €250fine. For rooms featuring a terrace or balcony, an ashtray is provided for your convenience. A designated smoking area is available in the communal garden. Quiet Hours • To maintain a tranquil environment for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Security Damage Deposit • A security damage deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. This deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card and is fully refundable post-inspection, within 7 days after check-out.
