Excellent location for exploring Venice

Well located with professional and welcoming staff. Rooms on the small side but typical for Venice. Needs a little maintenance especially common areas so a bit over-priced for what is on offer. Still a nice experience overall

Great hotel in a convenient location

The hotel was very good, the rooms were clean in large part with a good cleaning service daily. The hotel is located very close to a bridge to cross the canal and access the main sights of san marco, but the immediate surrounding is not so crowded. The hotel offers breakfast, we did not try this as we found the price to be too high so cannot comment. The staff were friendly and spoke very good English, responding to any need you may have.

A lovely hotel with wonderful staff

We have just spent the last few days at this hotel in a room with a canal view. It is in a quieter part of the city which means a peaceful nights sleep. The room was well appointed and had a balcony over the canal which meant having a morning cup of tea watching the city wake up. Breakfast was very good. What makes this hotel special is the team. They simply can’t do enough for you, booking restaurants, suggesting places to visit, sharing their local knowledge to make your stay as special as possible. The restaurants that Marco suggested were excellent places where locals frequented, safe to say I’m going home a few pounds heavier! There are some great little bars within walking distance for an early evening Aperol before dinner. Academia bridge is only a 3 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Perfect

Perfect in every way. Location is quiet for sleeping but only a short walk to all the sights.
Great breakfast. Rooms are beautiful, ours overlooked the canal, wonderful to sit and have your morning coffee.
All the staff were so pleasant and helpful
We really recommend this hotel.

Wow, top notch everything. Umbrellas in the rain, free boat to glass factory, discount at parking garage, good breakfast, nice hotel
