Very traditional hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and comical. Rooms were very quiet there was no interruptions from outside. Hotel should be renamed The Forecourt View hotel

5 night stay Arrived earlier than check-in but room ready .
Gentleman on reception desk very friendly and helpful. Room ok Comfortable bed .Small safe and balcony .No kettle which was disappointing. Very limited breakfast .Cakes / pastries bananas and yoghurts. Omlettes and scrambled eggs offered .Nice cappuccino . Staff very friendly.

outstanding staff

you will have to go a long way to get better staff in a 3* hotel than this ,arrived early for check was given coffee and a plate of cakes while waiting for the room to be ready, room cleaned towels changed daily toiletries and water replaced as used,the hotel offers residents monday to friday 3 course meal 2 choices per course half litre wine water coffee at time of stay 20 euro , the petrol station in front of the hotel does not affect the stay no fumes ect only negative is the tiny shower

A sweet breakfast with cakes and croissants.

I stayed last night in this hotel on the outskirts of Olbia; unfortunately a must because landing my flight very late there are very few facilities that allow check-in after midnight. The structure is a bit dated. The room overlooked the street but with the window closed no noise could be heard. The bed was quite comfortable but the two single mattresses on the double beds tend to separate from each other. The bathroom was not windowed. At breakfast there was only a (wide) assortment of cakes, croissants, fruit and yogurt but nothing salty. The cappuccino was undrinkable. For the service offered, the value for money is not optimal.
