The room is clean and large, with enough chairs and desks for two people. Location is good that there is a bus which stops in front of the hotel with just around 20 minutes travel distance from the city centre. Staff are nice and helpful.

The hotel was overall good. The hotel employees very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Eventhough the hotel's location was not near to a Metro station, but very easy to get bus to Metro stations nearby because there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Cleanliness was top notch. The hotel is very suitable to those who like quietness & privacy. A lot of free parking around the hotel and Esso gas station adjacent to the hotel.

Located further away from the city centre, but with a very good transport links. Clean and tidy place. Good kitchen and friendly staff.

The heaters were not working we got changed into three rooms for this case, the room had a bad odor from the bathroom. Had so many complaints all around the stay here

Check in was quick and efficient. Ample parking spaces, parking in the basement of the hotel is a plus in Italy. The room was comfortable, but the beds were relatively small. The bathroom needs some repairs, the sink tap looked ugly and dirty. But the worst thing was the lack of adequate insulation. We had a bad night with our neighbors arriving after midnight and making a lot of noise. The noise coming from the toilet in the upper apartments is also very annoying. The breakfast was honest, but for Italy the espresso was terrible.
