This was my first visit Fuzhou, and therefore, my first stay at this hotel. I have stayed at this hotel brand in other countries. My stay was short but pleasant. I will stay at the hotel again.

Pullman kicks off a day of joy

The service is good, the room is good, is the water in the shower is probably disinfected water is not thoroughly cleaned, after living skin is very uncomfortable, need to be checked by the hotel staff oh

The property is well maintained and facilities are very clean. I particular enjoy the infrastructure of locker for food delivery which keep the elegance of the hotel imagine yet provide a practical support to the needs.
The connection to a upscale shopping mall should be highlighted. During my stay, it was raining hard. The easy connection to the mall allowed me to walk between without getting wet, yet provide an easy access of entertainment and restaurants
I used the Chinese restaurant at the hotel for a night. However, the quality of the food is not matching to the expectation which is disappointing
And I didn't manage to use the swimming pool facilities as of the request of wearing a swimming cap. Though there is an option to purchase at the fitness center, hotel should offer a disposable one for the convenience.
On top, if i am allow to suggest, the disposable bath tube protective film should also provided so people could enjoy the wonderful bath at their room.

Pullman Fuzhou is a new and modern hotel located next to the Tahoe Mall.
The rooms are modern making this hotel comparable to Kempinski Hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller than Kempinski, but newer, and being next to the mall is major plus if you want to go shopping, eat or watch movies.

Wonderful stay

Hotel was mavellous. Even though rated 4 stars, I would give it 5 stars. The check in process was smooth. Agnes the lady who help us in the check-in was very helpful and even upgraded one of my rooms. Service was prompt and excellent. We were a group of family and had three club rooms booked. Service in the club lounge was also very good with a good selection of spirits and drinks. I would recommend the club rooms. Big and spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is very near the subway only a five min walk away. There is also a large shopping mall across the road.
