Great location and service!

We had an emergency at the airport and luckily we found a room at this hotel. Everyone was so nice to us. From the concierge to the receptionist. They explained the food and locations. The hotel is beautiful in its own way. The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean and we heard nothing through the night. Very well located. And the pool was perfect. It is really like the pictures they show.

Very shabby compared to the pictures on their website

The hotel is very shabby the carpets and some of the furniture is stained and dirty. Staff is very polite and responsive, but my room isn’t being cleaned until after 2 o’clock there’s a tub in my room but no tub stopper so you couldn’t take a bath the same for the sink. Towels are very worn and rough.

Perfect place to stay in Santiago. Really beautiful hotel in a great location with friendly staff and very comfortable beds. We arrived early in the morning and they were really kind to let us check in straight away which was amazing after a long overnight flight. I would highly recommend staying here.

Good request for hotelry in the center

The hotel is located in the centre, close to the main tourist attractions. The room is extremely clean, comfortable and large. It also has an early breakfast system (a bag with breakfast items to bring), as the tours leave very early, simply requesting at the reception. The only point was the air conditioning that several times I asked the maintenance to solve, and they did not solve, but the room temperature stayed at 23C. The hotel restaurant is excellent, worth it, and prices are normal compared to other restaurants. Every team is excellent!

Excellent hotel in the city center

I really liked the hotel, excellent value for money concept.
Rich and varied breakfast , spacious rooms and very friendly staff.
The restaurant and the setting caught my eye, it connects with the native culture of the country. I recommend it 100%
